O trabalho apresenta uma experiência compartilhada em educação patrimonial com sinergia de ações entre empresa, Estado e sociedade como oportunidade para o reconhecimento e a valorização do patrimônio cultural. Uma diversidade patrimonial que se constitui de exemplares dedicados ao patrimônio industrial e que exige uma visão diferenciada e ampliada do conceito tradicional de patrimônio e de cultura. A articulação define-se como oportunidade para um projeto junto à parcela jovem da população da cidade de João Monlevade, interior de Minas Gerais (Brasil). Assim, os adolescentes vivem uma experiência quanto à identificação de elementos simbólicos cuja origem, em muitos casos, remete à principal empresa do município. Com isso, o resgate da relação patrimônio-sociedade-empresa se transforma em um conjunto de ações de educação patrimonial – o álbum de figurinhas, os itinerários patrimoniais e culturais, os postais e a história oral – que determina ao grupo de estudantes a (re)construção de uma identidade e a consciência patrimonial. Tem-se, dessa maneira, uma integração entre a história e a memória da cidade, a empresa e a sociedade. A educação patrimonial permite a identificação de elementos que determinam mudanças quanto à percepção individual e coletiva do patrimônio cultural da cidade, da vida pessoal e em comunidade, além de proporcionar a valorização de um processo de “escavação” dos “restos” da memória da cidade e de seu diversificado patrimônio = The work presents a shared experience in heritage education with synergy of actions between the company, the state and society as an opportunity for the recognition and appreciation of cultural heritage. A balance diversity that is exemplary dedicated to industrial heritage and it requires a different view and expanded the traditional concept of heritage and culture. Articulation is defined as an opportunity for a project by the young part of the population of the city of João Monlevade, Minas Gerais (Brazil). Thus, adolescents live an experience as the identification of symbolic elements whose origin, in many cases, leads to the main municipality of the company. Thus, t he recovery of equity-society-business relationship is transformed into a set of heritage education activities - the album figures, the economic and cultural itineraries, postal and oral history - that determines the group of students (re) construction of an identity and heritage awareness. There is, thus, an integration between history and memory of the city, the company and society. The heritage education allows the identification of elements that determine changes on the individual and collective perception of the cultural heritage of the city, personal life and community, as well as providing the promotion of a process of "digging" the "remnants" of the city's memory and its diverse.
